The staff is amazing. The whole experience was very smooth. The exterior and lobby area are really shabby looking though. Could use a big upgrade on the lobby lighting and exterior. We thought it was a much shabbier place when we originally arrived because of that, but it really grew on us the longer we stayed, because of the staff and room. Overall very doable hotel. Reminded me of a good no frills but very clean and reliable European hotel.
