The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived. The entrance is a bit busy as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic coming to The Island so I found it easier to use valet parking. We had a village view room which is a view of the shopping areas. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled great! The hotel is located in a great location, especially with having kids. The food was great at Finn’s! Live music with dinner made for a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in April which allowed for fantastic views of the fountain and the Smokey Mountains! We did not bring any pets on this visit.
