Room and hotel was decent. Staff was also nice. But their Hotel Cafeteria timing was from 6 Am to 2 PM but almost all of days cafeteria was closed at 9 AM or they never opened it. And there is a metallic band bar next door who play loud music until 2-3 AM which was pretty loud and disturbing.

The lady at the front desk was polite. I put my stuff down in the room ran to the grocery store and when I got back and had a chance to try and turn on the hot water and get things situated I was like what is that smell, the ac was not on, it was musty and it was pretty rough. It was like similar to a super 8 in the hood in the US. I went to the front desk and said I can’t stay here.. I left. Hotels.com says since they couldn’t reach the hotel to confirm I left. I had to pay for my entire stay.

We loved Our stay at Grand city hotel. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It's a bar a few buildings down where you can sit outside and listen to some nice rock music. The whole vibe was good, they kept the property very clean, every day they were cleaning. We will be back and will stay with Grand City hotel again and again!!!

Ive stayed here many times, the staff are super friendly, the rooms huge and its very convenient having microwave, fridge free water and the little seating terrace outside room 207. Easy to walk to walmart and the bus stops. Parts look a bit tired now sadly and the wifi doesnt work well in the rooms. The pool area is lovely,good value short stay

The chef Karime was excellent and extremely accommodating.. the staff immediately responded to questions about distances and what was nearby and how to access it.
