on the upside The hotel was relatively updated and very clean. The staff resolved a couple small problems I had very quickly And graciously. The suite was enormous and a good value for the money. Definitely would stay here again. The Delta mall was a short walk away if malls are your thing. On the downside bathroom linens were a little shopworn and the hotel was starting to show its age a little. Not many local dining venues.

If you come with a car, the Hotel is great because it is situeted on a very big traffic- never-ending-street, but without a car to reach the convenient Metro/ Subway station, you have to walk at least 15 min. to find the Metro station Medical Center. You will walk by side a lot of traffic and smock and big shopping Centers and Malls where you find everything at high prises. On the other hand when you walk on the other side of the Hotel, 2 blocks up and cross a Viaduc, you will find very near the neighborhood Roma with very pleasant cafés, bakeries and restaurants, beautiful smelling trees and quiet streets.

Desde el dia anterior cuando hice la reservación llame telefonicamente para comunicarles que llegaría despues de la media noche hice más de diez intentos en diferentes horarios y nadie atendio mi llamada. La noche de mi llegada a la 12:30 la señorita de recepción se mostro disgustada, como si le molestara que llegaramos a esa hora, el papel que me dio para registrar mi llegada decia una noche cuando yo había pagado anteriormente mi reservación por dos noches. llevabamos mucho equipaje y tuvimos que subir cargandolo por las escaleras porque el elvador estaba descompuesto, al parecer desde hacia ya tiempo.En la habitación no había agua para tomar ni in vaso, las toallas de baño viejisimas, la cama dura. Supongo que hace algún tiempo el hotel era aceptable pero ahora esta muy descuidado, sin el mantenimiento adecuado. yo viajo mucho a veces me he hospedado en hoteles con la mitad de la tarifa de este hotel y estaban mejores y con buena atención de su personal.
