We actually stayed here last year, and we loved it so much that we came back again this year and chose the exact same place. That alone says everything. The staff makes you feel so welcome and taken care of—everyone is genuinely kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The restaurants are fantastic, with amazing food and a great atmosphere that makes every meal feel like a treat. Everything about this hotel is just over the top in the best way possible—the service, the experience, and the attention to detail. It truly feels like a place you never want to leave. This was our first trip to tulum, and without a doubt, if we return, we are going to tago tulum again! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, it is calm and peaceful, the rooms are stunning, very clean, and can't forget the staff too! - they are all so welcoming, attentive, friendly and helpful. Staff were great, our family of 3 had a great time. Really relaxing. the rooms are awesome. A good friend of mine said it best: "Cancun is just another US state" - its a shame that Tulum in general is so expensive. To come from Sydney and find that food and drink is basically the same price as back home is a bit disappointing. If we go to Mexico again it will have to be a not so touristy part.

Note that the area on the beach strip is very expensive dinning and limited transportation options that don’t break the bank! Bike rentals are you best option but even on the beach front road you have to pay to park your bike for dinner.

Love the Location and the proximity to the beach. I had ocean front room. The bar at the front of the hotel needs some type of ventilations. It gets hot while sitting enjoying a drink.
