Boa estadia, mas teríamos melhores opções!

Ao chegar no hotel fomos surpreendidos de forma negativa pois tínhamos feito uma reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança. Pois bem, nos colocaram em um quarto super apertado com apenas uma cama de casal. Nunca tive esta experiência em local algum. Após fazer uma reclamação, no segundo dia trocaram o nosso quarto por um mais espaçoso com uma cama extra. Notei que fizeram isso conosco porque o hotel estava cheio pois era feriado prolongado. Apesar de ser feriado não se justifica pois na realidade a nossa reserva não foi cumprida como deveria. Falando das instalações do hotel, trata-se de um lugar bem cuidado, confortável. Café da manhã foi o que ficou de melhor. Sobre a localização, para quem vai concentrar o lazer na área de Puerto Varas, Puerto Montt, vulcão Osorno, Petrohué, etc. é um pouco contramão. Mesmo tendo alugado um carro, seria melhor ficar em Puerto Varas. Daria para tomar ótimos vinhos à noite sem a necessidade de dirigir, pois Llanquiue, região do hotel, fica a +/- 7 km de distância de Puerto Varas. Outra coisa que acho interessante destacar, é que nas fotos aparece uma paisagem mais bonita que a realidade. Aparentemente vc imagina o hotel beirando o lago Llanquiue, mas na verdade o hotel fica à beira de uma pequena lagoa.

Better off in Puerto Varas or Frutilla

The building is very charming and the grounds are lovely. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food was good. That being said, the pictures and description are a little misleading. The hotel is not on the shore of Lake Llanquehue. It has a large pond that it borders (as shown in the picture for the hotel). Although the pond was nice and included a rowboat which guests can use at anytime, there were hundreds of very noisy birds, detracting from what could be a very tranquil experience. It isn't as secluded as the pictures may suggest either. It's right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. These things didn't make it a bad experience, but we did wish we had stayed in Puerto Varas or in Frutilla as we feel that they would have provided a more authentic experience in these small, German-inspired southern towns of Chile.

freundliches personal, tolle zimmer

Hatten 3 nächte, bestes zimmer war nr 3. nr. 4 war relativ laut, da das büro direkt darunter ist. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück, speziell für chile, sehr gut! abendessen gut aber überteuert. Alles zusammen waren wir sehr froh dort zu sein und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Intimista, adequado para estadias curtas.

Reservamos dois apartamentos durante duas noites em outubro. É um hotel boutique em uma casa remodelada, intimista, com poucos apartamentos e uma sala de estar comum aos hóspedes. Quartos com decoração charmosa, banheiros amplos e confortáveis, muito limpos, excelentes produtos de higiene. O quintal é muito pitoresco, com muitas aves, e um belo trabalho de jardinagem. Café da manhã com produtos de qualidade, bem personalizado, excelente música ambiente. O acesso aos quartos é por meio de escada, não há estrutura para pessoas com necessidades especiais. É necessário ter veículo porque não há atrações nem restaurantes próximos ao estabelecimento. Considerei muito agradável a nossa estada, mas para períodos maiores buscaria um hotel com mais estrutura como televisão (ausente no estabelecimento), piscina, lobby. Se ficar neste estabelecimento recomendo fazer o passeio para Fruttilar pela “rota do lago”, cerca de 20km, uma bela estrada com paisagem deslumbrante.

Me encanto el hotel, pequeño y muy acogedor. Excelente para relajarse y pasar una temporada alejado del bullicio de la ciudad en medio de hermosos paisajes y sonidos de la naturaleza. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, con decoración sencilla que conserva la historia del lugar; las áreas comunes permiten disfrutar de un buen libro o de compartir con los otros huéspedes del lugar en un ambiente de familia.
