Muy muy mala, es un hotel sucio, hay grietas en las paredes, compramos un par de toallas porque las del hotel están espantosas, huele un poco extraño, no se dejen llevar por las fotos que exhiben en su publicación, no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, no nos hicieron el aseo en una ocasión, el personal es amable en general, pero la propiedad es para no volver nunca. No lo recomiendo para nada, por ese precio hay mejores opciones como el hotel oriente (habitación superior) solo que esta vez no encontramos disponibilidad. Le doy una estrella porque no puedo darle menos

Las instalaciones estan viejas y descuidadas, y lo peor que me tocó fue que la señora de la limpieza me tocó para hacer el aseo, le grite que me esperara, y me abrió la puerta, alegando que tienen un horario para limpiar las recámaras, cuando no paso más de 2 minutos de que le contesté que me esperara, me hizo sentir muy incómodo pues estaba vistiéndome cuando abrió, que clase de servicio es ese. El hotel es muuuy viejo (de 1947), y se nota, lw falta mucho mantenimiento, segun cuenta con estacionamiento, pero ahi nos dijeron que es muy chico y nunca habia espacio disponible ninguno de los 3 dias que estuve, enfrente cuenta con un área de carga/descarga y ahi se pueden estacionar 3 carros de bateria, tambien, si es que tienes suerte, si no, toca pagar parquimetros... las sabanas estaban sucias, solo un conector en todo el cuarto y no estaba por el área de camas, camas duras con base de cemento casi creo... la puerta se ve facil de abrir por la parte exterior ya que no estan bien cuadradas... elevador super pequeño(3 personas sin maletas apretadas) la television no servía, lo bueno que el clima si... lo use mas que nada para dormir y la vdd ni para eso volveria... lo unico que pudieramos decir que lo salva, y no tanto, es la ubicacion

Necesita mantenimiento urgente!!!

Me asignaron una habitación ejecutiva, así que estaba en el segundo edificio, el elevador no funcionaba así que subir al segundo piso fue todo un caos, las escaleras de esa sección súper sucias de todo tipo de basura, la alberca no la ocupé porque de plano no me dio confianza meterme se veía muy sucia el agua, la habitación descuidada y las toallas rotas y viejas, como que esa sección es de lo peor, según ejecutiva!! Ojalá que los dueños vieran los comentarios porque de plano le falta mantenimiento en esa parte del hotel, hotel bien ubicado lástima que me toco esa habitación tan deteriorada!!

Esta vez no fue grata no sirve el elevador y traía dolor de pierna fue demasiado incómodo estar subiendo hasta el segundo piso.. Sugerencia cambien esas cortinas que son las 6 am y parece que está uno durmiendo afuera toda la claridad entra y ya no puede descansar uno más tarde
