The location was excellent, a couple of hundred metres from the tower. All the staff were very friendly and excellent hosts. Our room was jept spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We only stayed 2 days but the location was excellent for the tower. The only complaint we had was the room was a little dark as it was on the ground floor and we didnt want to open shutters. But otherwise very nice place to stay.

Nice but way too noisy

Really nice people and the room was kept very clean. However, it was nearly impossible to sleep because it was so noisy! We had a downstairs room where you could hear the cars, the pipes, and everyone entering and exiting the hotel.

The maitre d’ was the star of the show

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The maître d’ was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. When you arrived up the front desk, he was friendly and very helpful. When I give him a big thank you. Whatever he’s making you should be paying him more.

Great time in Pisa

We booked the Hotel as it was right next to the Tower and looked lovely. We did notice the separate building listed on the reservation but assumed this was in a building next door. There was no indication (or we didn’t pick up) this was a 5 min walk down the road and the other building is part of a residential block of flats. Not ideal as we felt a little disconnected but the room was lovely. Loads of space for the 5 of us and was really clean. Great little coffee machine and fridge in the room. Had a great time in Pisa.

It is a short walk to the tower and accessible by public transport—a clean and nice place. The receptionist was friendly and shared a lot of information on dining and tourism options around the town of Pisa.

Fantastic location for visiting the Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff, great initial reception and explanation of things to see , restaurants in the area. The only downside was the bedding felt damp. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We walked from the train station, about 20 mins. Passed the Tower at 10pm-breathtaking. Could not believe how close the hotel is to the Duomo and the tower-just outside the stone wall. Comfortable beds: one queen and 2 twins for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens.
