Qualidade do colchão e travesseiros bem ruim. Serviço de quarto demorado, voltei do parque ao final do dia e não haviam realizado a limpeza e troca de toalhas. A estrutura do hotel é boa, falta gestão e bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários.

Enorme esse hotel, mas bastante organizado. Estivemos agora em julho, e fez bastante calor de dia. De manhã, os prédios fazem sombra em boa parte das piscinas, mas a água morna é uma delícia! Dá para ficar até o fim da tarde na água, e para quem gosta de dancinha, essas coisas, também tem. Tem ligação direta com o Thermas dos Laranjais, uma facilidade incrível! Vale à pena. Só precisa ir com disposição para se divertir!!!
