Beach hotell

The hotel were rated 4star but it was hardly 3star. The room were quite worn and needed a renovation. It was quite smelly inside the room because of the humidity there are near the ocean. Also the window could not be open. The position of the hotel is however good near a long sandy beach. The room were tidy and well cleaned. The breakfast buffe was quite ok with many choices.

Staff attitude

I stay one night. Next day, when I back to hotel at 12.45pm. I told the front office staff that I will check out at 1pm. I came down at 1.10pm. The front staff charged me 20% extra for staying more than 1pm. I protested aggressively. This is unfair and not right. Finally, they waive by visiting their manager. I believe they never see the manager. They tried to cheat me for extra charges and share by all front office staff. Be careful. It's a good hotel with great location. Next door is a big shopping center.
