Good hotel for the price. Easy walk to the MRT and very close to Clarke Quay/Boat Quay. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and check in was fast and easy. We enjoyed our stay.

After a cruise we arrived long before normal check in and we were given our room. The room was small, as normal for Singapore, but there was everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the staff helpful. Breakfast was more suited to the Asian market.

The hotel is conveniently located. Staff are friendly. The bed is very confortable that I nearly want to buy it back home. Walkable distance to hawker center where you can enjoy your meals. Recommended to stay there.

Great staff and loft was perfect for our family of 3. coffee machine & tea available 24 hours. Breakfast area small but we found a spot every morning. Cleaning staff did a very good job. All front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We recommend the Loft for additional space and natural light.

The property is in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was fairly quick. The only con I can think of is that the jacuzzi is actually not a warm one, but other than that, I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

This was a nice hotel for a budget price in Singapore. There is a free coffee machine, ice maker and cold water dispenser all day long plus an unadvertised free basic breakfast. Staff are friendly. The shower was hot and with plenty of flow. The location on HongKong Street is a bit noisy at night. I think maybe there are some night clubs nearby. It’s a fairly easy walk to Clark Quay or Chinatown station for the MRT.

Doesnt look at all like the pictures. The room has a giant pillar in it which made it difficult to get into one side of the bed. Room didnt get made up to 330pm in afternoon. Breaksfasts were terrible. Paper plates and plastic utensils with no knife. No hand towels. Pool not bigger than a hottub and didnt look too clean day 2. Close to Hop on off and amenities outside.

Very underwhelming

When you're lying in bed and one side is against the wall and your feet can almost touch the opposing wall, it's not 4 stars. When the shower runs hot water for only 3 minutes it's not 4 stars. Having to keep the curtains closed because the room looks directly into another room, its not 4 stars. When the cleaner leaves a bag with two replacement threadbare towels on the door, its not 4 stars. One communal bowl of cold noodles does not constitute breakfast. This is at best am adequate 3 star. Maybe.

This hotel is quite dated. Things are falling apart. Once I got in to the bathroom, I noticed there are hair left on the little white tray where they placed the body lotion. It was very noticeable and disgusting. The bath towels provided have big holes and the edge of it are all frayed. I thought I was using rags for drying my body. The ceiling of the bathroom are filled with mold. Last but not least, the Wi-Fi was horrible. It kept logging me out. They don’t have a lot of outlets/ usb plugs to charge your electronics devices. I’m surprised the rating for this hotel is quite high. My stay was not so pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

Note: This hotel is commonly listed as having a hot tub. It does not! Overall, this hotel was alright. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was handy. My biggest complaints are: 1) It was advertised as having a hot tub, which it did not. We chose it specifically for that reason. 2) The hallways throughout the hotel were very dirty. They seemed as though they'd never been vacuumed before. 3) We had issues with hot water supply trying to have a bath (since there was no hot tub). 4) The supplied breakfast was horrible. The coffee is also bad. I recommend eating elsewhere. Positives: 1) The bathtub is very musical and makes a nice percussion instrument in the all-glass bathroom. Try it out if you go there. 2) They provide a filtered water machine in the lobby. 3) Staff is friendly and helpful.
