Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5
