We had a 5 day stay here that awful!!! On night one I asked for five hangers and a laugage rack. This took 3 days. There was no cleaning service UNTIL I went to the front desk for the 8th time on the 4th day. Each time I was told I was in excellent hands. Boy on the 8th time I lost my cool at the desk. The toilet and bathroom had not been cleaned, the towels were beginning to smell, the untucked bottom sheet was no longer staying on the bed. We had enjoyed the beach on day one and it could be felt or heard as you walked around. The room was well air conditioned and the food service was absolutely worth the price: always excellent flavor and variety. Be aware that this hotel has a chain of command. First you have to tell the person who signed you in the it's the manager who absolutely USELESS Next in command is the Assistant to the General Manager Carlos who listened an offered a free meal which it had taken up to the 5th day to get to. This was check out day. He also promised that should we return he would garuntee he would make sure our next stay experience would be an excellent experience. I do not know Assistant to the General Manager Carlos. We shall see, maybe????? Everyone can have a bad 5 days even the Alantico Prime Hotel.

Quarto nao estava limpo. Percebia pô no chão, atrás da porta e ar condicionado. Uma outra vez que me hospedei no hotel, estive no quarto melhor, mais limpo e infelizmente não foi o que eu encontrei nessa estadia. O quarto que fiquei não conrrespondia ao que eu havia reservado. Equipe de funcionarios, fui atendida bem pela grande maioria com cordialidade e atenção. Cafe da manhã ótimo e variado.

terrível. não se hospedem nesse hotel. tudo empoeirado e sujo. quando chegamos percebemos que a tábua do vaso sanitário estava suja de xixi do hóspede anterior, tentamos contato com a recepção pelo telefone disponível e ninguém nos atendeu. descemos até a recepção e pedimos ajuda com a sujeira, fomos informadas que alguém da limpeza iria até o quarto limpar. esperamos, ninguém veio. tivemos que descer mais algumas vezes depois de esperar por algumas horas pra saber se alguém iria aparecer mesmo. todas as vezes fomos informadas que alguém estava indo até o quarto, mas ninguém apareceu. nessa história toda, se passaram horas e ja eram umas 20/21h da noite. desistimos. tivemos que limpar por conta própria todo o xixi que estava na superfície do vaso sanitário, (estava nojento). além disso, a limpeza do quarto no geral não é boa. da pra perceber que os lençóis não são lavados com frequência, tem poeira nos móveis e as janelas sujas. ja fiquei nesse hotel algumas vezes, pra nunca mais. essa última experiência foi péssima, decaiu muito. não volto e não indico pra ninguém!

Me colocaram num quarto com 2 camas de solteiro juntadas, nao tinha quarto com a cama de casal, sendo que eu paguei mais caro por um quarto "luxo" e dormimos em uma cama que dividia no meio. No dia em que cheguei não tinha toalha no quarto (nenhuma!!!), o telefone da recepção só chama, ninguém atende, mesmo tendo a informação de que é 24h. Funcionários nada simpáticos, exceto os do check in à noite.
