Arrived at 12am.I knew check in was at 2pm.I was waiting at the reception.I then asked the reception if I could leave my bag till 2.Rudely replied No.She said no space in there but she was then happy to keep other guest’s bags till 2.I then waited till 2 at the reception.It took receptionist 30 mins to get my room keys sorted.Only 1 very slow and extremely rude lady at the reception.I took a 15 hours flight prior.I was so tired.Rooms are boiling(A/C exist but don’t work properly),bedsheets were dirty and stinky.They charge you $2 for a bottle of water when you leave(not mentioned anywhere).It’s a scamming hotel,not 5 star maybe 2 stars,horrible horrible staff.
Reception lady mentioned luggage room is completely full.Lol.She then accepted this silver case from another case.

Foi uma viagem em família e realizamos a reserva de três quartos: um de casal, um para dois casais e outro para cinco pessoas. Todos os quartos, assim como as roupas de cama e banho, estavam impecáveis. A equipe do hotel, de modo geral, foi muito simpática, educada e atenciosa. Fui muito bem atendida no check-in e no check-out pelo Eli, que foi extremamente educado, simpático e alto astral. O único ponto negativo foi a dificuldade em conseguir contato com o hotel após a reserva e com antecedência para verificar a possibilidade de os três quartos ficarem no mesmo andar. Só consegui tratar sobre isso no momento do check-in e, por esse motivo, não foi possível acomodar todos os quartos no mesmo andar. No geral, tivemos uma ótima experiência!

Hotel okay para dormir 1 ou 2 noites. Localização okay considerando estar No Centro/Lapa (fica bem perto da Rua Mem de Sá) e dos Arcos da Lapa. Café da Manhã okay tb, mas muito pouca variação e nada além do básico. Não tem estacionamento. Quando chegamos oque eles tem parceria estava lotado e não fizeram questão nenhuma de nos ajudar encontrar algum por perto. Nesse aspecto equipe despreparada, porém fui muito bem atendida quando pedi travesseiros extras. Agora, de tudo que mais me chamou atenção foi a limpeza bem precária. Eles usam pouca iluminação em todos ambientes creio que para não percebermos. Puxamos a cama e vimos toda empoeirada e embalagem vazia de biscoito. Banheiro merecia um cuidados maior. Chuveiro bom. Roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. Colchão bom tb.
