Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked

Good location very clean comfortable but basic. We were on the top floor so a lot of stairs - wouldn't work for anyone with mobility issues. I think being on the top floor meant it was quiet and no real road traffic noise. The property is on a busy main road. Parking is available but tight if you end up at the far end. Room was warm beds comfortable and bedding good.

Have stayed here many times and rooms are clean, ideal location. Coffee maker in the shared kitchen and there is also a kettle in the room. The car park used to be very big but is now fenced in and is difficult to park your car if you have a large car. Took my husband over 5 minutes to park and it was a challenge.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I itially we booked for 2 but liked it so stayed another nightbin a diiferent Apartment. The property is literally a stones throw from notts forest football ground and trent bridge cricket ground. Apartment 2 on the ground floor is fabulous with its own kitchenette and spacious lounge. Apartment 14 is on the top floor up a fairly narrow staircase which can take a bit of effort if you have breathing difficulties , dodgy knees or cannot lift for any length of time. But we managed ok and im 63. There are plenty of places in the area for food, drink and "corner shop: supplies. Its also easy to get to the city centre. We walked it in about half an hour. But there are also regular buses. Theres also dedicated parking which is big plus for us. It can be a bit noisy due to road traffic, especially if you like to open the windows but there are far more positives. Apartments are clean and light and i would happily stay here again

The apartments were excellent! Well kept, comfortable and in an ideal location. The facilities were excellent and we were lucky enough to have one with adjoining rooms. My only criticism was the parking. We were led to believe there would be enough free parking for residents but when we got there there was no room. This led us to having to find parking in Nottingham overnight at very short notice. So just come with a contingency plan for parking.

A good room for the price and its location. Clean and looked after. The property has a dorm room feel to it. Only issue was the parking, all allocated spots were taken up and its not clear if you're able to use neighbouring areas. Would have liked extra pillows as there was only one each. The hosts request photo ID via an email not thru Hotels.com contrary to Hotels.com saying every communication goes thru them. Please check with Hotels.com beforehand.

Great location for sporting events & access to West Bridge. There was plenty of parking & the room was immaculately clean- a little warm, so very grateful for the room fan. Only downside for me is the inevitable traffic noise, which is audible with the windows shut but is not loud enough to disturb sleep.
