Could have been better

Comforter has a blood mark on it and sheets were dirty. I prayed extra for a 3rd person but was not supplied with enough towels. Parking not included and was very expensive. Old check in address was provided, so took me 30 minutes of calling to find out where the new location was. On the positive side the location was convenient. Close to everything alls the room was spacious.

Great service and good choice for reasonable price

Great hotel belongs to a group of hotels in the area. Customer service is great. Ray at the front desk was awesome. Rates are pretty reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Not that good

Checked in at office at one building. They dont have shuttle to take guest to the other building. We walked 10 mins with luggages on the street to our room. Room is not very clean. Staffs is very friendly. I won't come back due to lack of transparency at the booking time.

Très décevant

Nous avons bien été accueilli à la réception par un monsieur très gentil et accueillant. Il nous indique qu'on est surclassé dans un autre bâtiment à 1km de l'hôtel principal soit disant rénové est mieux. A l'arrivée dans le studio la propreté est très négligé voir photos. Le micro onde qui ne fonctionne pas.m etc... Nous avons dû payé 34 dollars supplémentaires ( taxes?). Il me semble que ce n'est pas indiqué sur l'application et je trouve que 34 dollars de taxes pour une nuit ça fait beaucoup. Sachant que la chambre nous l'avons déjà payé 144€. Au total un coût de 178€. Nous aurions pû aller voir ailleurs à ce prix là. Très décevant

i would give 1 star to hotel. it's old, 2 floor building with old fashion room, cleaning once in a week but it's ok, no problem because we didn't really need it. The biggest problem is that office was in different address and whenever I called office - nobody picked up and nobody returned my call ever. Also, NO PARKING. Parking is on pay by phone parking on the street and is expansive.

Wer keine Ansprüche und Ferien Budget hat

Lage des Hotels ist Super. Nahe am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ein Grosser öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Das Bett war weich, aber bequem. Das Zimmer was nicht besonders sauber und hatte ziemlich viele Baumängel. Der Geruch beim Betretten des Zimmers war von Chlor erfüllt. Der Checkin war an einem anderen Standort als unser Zimmer war. Preis-/Leistung hat für uns nicht gestummen. Zimmer war sehr ringhörig und die Poolpumpe draussen war sehr gut zu hören. Insgesammt nicht der allerbeste Eindruck welches dieses Hotel hinterlassen hat. Zimmer waren nicht so wie auf den Bildern.

Rude & inconvenience

Check-in was very inconvenient. We had to check-in at a whole different hotel. We walked from the original location to an other. The receptionist was extremely rude! She talked about us to her friend/co-worker in Spanish thinking we didn’t understand what she was saying about us. Since we were upset and frustrated at that point she threatened to call the police. The hotel itself was dirty and dusty! In the morning my husband was looking for an ice machine and bumped into a cleaning lady and he asked where is the ice machine (mind you they have an ice bucket in the room) she angrily said “NO NO ICE!” It seems like all the staff are frustrated and angry and management could be to blame for that but don’t take it out on your customers. I would gladly pay an additional) $100 or more for a nicer and more welcoming hotel. This will be my first and last stay at waterside hotel.

Miami Wedding

Came down for a few days for a post Valentine’s Day wedding in North Beach. The hotel was fine, but it was awkward to have to go to another hotel to check in and not know about that until I had paid for public parking across the street. Several guests has the same issue from what we saw. The room wasn’t bad. Beds were decent, everything was clean, bathroom was surprisingly good. Only issue really was they only gave one roll of toilet paper for four people for 3 days and we had to request multiple times via text for more and towels. We did get them the second day though. Besides that, tv channels were limited so kids weren’t happy at first but we hooked an HDMI to a laptop up to it and problem solved. Overall, not terrible but not great. Good area with good food options in walking distance. Parking right across the street for $1 an hour and free overnight.
