Staff was friendly, polite and professional. We stay two bedroom family size rooms 6 people. The room can only be described as dirty, dog stained, dog hair , dirty carpet and no bathroom fan vent if u open bathroom window someone can see you from outside. No kitchen vent so if you cook you have to open the windows . There's no room service so take your own trash/recycle, the front storm dorm was very annoying wouldn't properly close it was sagging on one side. .
