Place does not exist. I got there, called them 100 5, I called Expdia multiple times, they called the owner, and there was no answer. However, after being in the phone with Expedia for over an hour , Expedia told me that they were going to charge me for it. I told them that they place does not exist. Instead of offering to help me book another place, they were more worried about the fees. I had to book another hotel . I was traveling with my family. This was an ordeal and I would expect Expedia would have come to my help. I am a gold member and they didn’t care. Don’t book this place and I would hope Expedia improve service. I don’t mean to complain but they should call me and give me a refund for this place plus pay for my additional expenses due to the hassle and putting me and my family at risk in the middle of a huge city.

Estafa!!

Reserve por 3 noches en shunya apartment. Al llegar al establecimiento nadie abrio. Llame al número nis contestaron y nos indicaron que nonhabia reserva y nos colgaron el telefono.Trate ee llamar de nuevo y habian apagado el celular. Llame a hotels para que me ayudaran ya que era las 23 horas sola eb la ciudad de México,y contestaban. Al. Final opte ir a otro hotel. Cuando por fin hoteles me contestó. Ellos trataron de comunicarse con el estacionamiento y no pudieron hasta el dia de hoy.

This place does not Exist

I checked in to this Hotel and when I arrived, it was just an apartment building and not an actual Hotel. I was stranded in the middle of Mexico City and had to find another place to stay at 11pm at night. Miserable experience, but on the bright side....the neighborhood was ok so I didnt die :)
