The area is top teir right next to the train station and plenty of stores and restaurants but the hotel is for a budget hotel. You will see the wallpaper peeling and the floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in years. But the room is clean if you need somewhere to sleep for a night or two it will get the job done. But don’t stay any longer like I did you will just end finding more things wrong trust me. めちゃくちゃコスパ良し！

東京に1ヶ月ほど滞在するにあたって、週末に高くなるホテル代を節約するのに、お安く滞在できる(往復の交通費を加算しても！)ということで出てきたので選んだこちらのホテルですが、結果、めちゃくちゃ良かったです！ 駅から徒歩5分もしないアクセスの良さ、駅ビルにはローカルのスーパーがあって、お安く食材やお惣菜が買えます。 ホテル自体の滞在もかなり快適ですが、 おすすめはホテルの朝食です！ ビュッフェスタイルでなんと600円！ 元々、素泊まりで予約していたので、チェックイン時に追加購入した際、スタッフの方からは「あまり品数が無いんですよね」とも言われたのですが、 (実際にそのようなレビューも見ていた)、 でも、品数は20種近くはあり(それだけあったら十分満足できるレベルだと個人的には思うのですが？ビュッフェと聞いて期待される品数よりは少ないのかもしれませんが、お値段600円ですから、その内容としては十分過ぎる内容かと思います。それ以上あっても食べきれないかと😂)、 しかも和洋バランスよくメニューが組まれていて、大満足の内容でした。 2連泊もしましたが、メニューは少しずつ変わっていて、違うものが食べれたのも良かったですし、それでなくても、基本？の定番メニューだけでですでに大満足です。 切り干し大根やひじき煮、筑前煮や春雨サラダなどのお惣菜系に加えて、カレー(けっこうスパイシー)や焼きそばがあったのがさらに嬉しかったです。 ソーセージやハンバーグ、スクランブルエッグなどの洋風メニューもありましたし、 ブロッコリーのようにシンプルにお野菜がたくさん取れるメニューがあるのも、旅行中で野菜不足になりがちな身にはありがたかったです。 3回に分けて週末毎に滞在したのですが、 3回目に滞在した時、喫煙ルームで予約してるのに気づいたスタッフの方が(予約する時に禁煙ルームがなかったので仕方なく喫煙ルームにしていて、禁煙ルームが取れてなかったと伝えたら)禁煙ルームに変更してくださったりなど、とても良くしていただきました！
