Location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and main attractions. Very noisy at night especially because our wooden shutters wouldn’t close completely to help with street noise. Initially booking was misleading as it showed an outside patio/balcony and our room provided neither. Bed was in a loft area with no night light provided to see your way to the bathroom at night. Overall disappointing

Our Florence trip was amazing, our room served its purpose and wasn’t a hindrance in any way. Our host helped out to find the location which was a bit tricky, but once we got it once it was all easy from there. Perfectly located. Very clean. Cute little place perfect for two. We rented a studio that was well-appointed, with a nice kitchen, queen bed and a sleeper sofa. More than we needed and we did not cook at all, but the kitchen was so nice it was a bit of a shame! We felt like locals coming out of our apartment each day, and it was so nice to end the day in such roomy accommodations. I would love to come back and stay awhile here and really enjoy the place!

Right next to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to every attraction. Lovely unit with well equipped kitchen and laundry amenity. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their map provides discounted restaurants, and we tried few, and they're all very good, and we were given discount just by showing the map. The only draw back is it's a bit noisy at night. I would like to book their units again if I go back to Firenze.

Ad Images are Deceptive

The photos showed a balcony with a beautiful view, but this was far from what we got. We did not get an apartment with a beautiful view. On the bright side, the space was clean, and the location was good. The bed is comfortable. The AC works well. But the wifi is slow, there are five flights of stairs with no elevator, and the bathroom furniture is hard to avoid with your shins.

Wonderful Stay in Florence

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was close to everything. Clean and spacious for a family of 4. Thank you Paolo for your kind service. We recommend and will certainly return.

This was an amazing apartment close to everything and very well proportioned. The communication with management was excellent and location, the best. HOWEVER, the noise from the outside bars and restaurants carry and the party goes on till 2-3 am. While we were able to sleep it is not for the lite sleeper specially the front bedroom. I woke up several times during the night and the party was still going on outside. The good part to this, you can party within 10-15 yards of the apt: Overall, I would recommend this place on via Palmieri for the excellent location.

This is a really nice apartment! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. The apartment was well stocked with everything you might need and the hosts that met us from Firenze rentals were great. I highly recommend this apt in Florence.

Couldn’t Have Been Better

The Via Cavor apartment was just what we needed after our overnight flight and afternoon train ride from Milano. We were so ready for a shower and a good nights rest. The apartment is located just a short walk from the train station close to the Duomo!

A representative met us at the property and gave us info about the apartment and the area. It was very nice to have that communication. The place was in a perfect location, just right by the Duomo and many amazing restaurants and things to do. The interior was also really nice and we had all the items we needed. I would recommend this place for sure.

Besides check in the stay was spectacular. I didn’t know we had to check in two days before and keep in touch. Bit of a headache. But the room was large very clean super comfortable plus location is unbelievable, food near by museums and shopping. Highly recommend this spot.

This place is outstanding in every way 5 min walking distance to cathedral and slightly more for museum. Gardens are a 2 to 3 min walk just up the hill in back of the apartment. Parking in large garage was a great idea and we never needed the car until we left the city. Apartment was very nice and comfortable beds. Laundry facilities were great as well, TV’s able to connect to Netflix and Amazon prime perfect place to stay and all the gelata places close by were a bonus

I dont understand how expedia allows them to advertise as a si gle property when they manage multiple sites in multiple lications. The ad is at least misleading. I would not recommend staying there, aby three srar hotel you’ll be better off.
