The hotel, in general, left a positive impression. The rooms were quite spacious, and the furniture was comfortable. However, the cleaning could have been better, as there were traces of dirt left in some places. In all other respects, everything was great, and we were satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is perfect for family trips. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation, but overall everything was fine. We expected a slightly better quality of cleaning, but we were still satisfied.

The hotel turned out to be comfortable overall. The rooms are spacious and cozy. However, we noticed that some pieces of furniture were already old and needed replacing. There was also a slight musty smell in the bathroom, which wasn’t very pleasant. But none of these issues significantly affected our stay.

Great stay. Friendly helpful staff. Room was basic but clean. Had fridge and a fan which was ideal.very close to newquay town centre 15 mins to walk to newquay zoo. Ideal location . Would book again

The people who run both the Town Lodge and Reef Lodge are lovely, very friendly. We stayed 8 night's and are going back in September. :)

Asdena was very friendly and helpful. The room had few issues. Shower head holder was broken. Bunk bed lower had a shelf hanging on the wall which is very dangerous for kids as the can smash 💥 the head on on it. Silicone around shower tray is really bad applied and looks horrible.

I stayed at this hotel and was completely thrilled! The rooms are spacious and clean, with a stunning view. The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a convenient spot, not far from the beach, which was a big plus. The only downside is the unstable Wi-Fi, but it didn't ruin our vacation. Overall, it's the perfect place to relax, and I gladly recommend it to all my friends!
