The hotel itself is really nice. The front desk staff is very helpful and also has a coffee shop inside that is great. Location wise you are close to the galata tower and transportation to most places is cheap with Uber.

Very good location - room was OK. But Not so good as the service was very médiocre - the stuff is very rude and racist to tourists (Only Kerim and Mohamed are Nice and helpful). Stuff was grumpy :)

Perfect location and excellent service!

Amazing location next to Galata Tower but not on a busy street. Restaurant and shopping within 1-2 minute walk. Lots of options. 5 minute walk to the bridge. Excellent customer service. Felt like we were VIPs at a 5 star hotel. Front desk and coffee staff were superstars. Felt very welcome and comfortable. Will absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

A great location. Staff were helpful. The decor and equipment is more than a little tired and our bathroom and other aspects of the room weren’t very clean when we arrived. That improved after the housekeeping staff made up the room. However it was a good place to stay overall; I tried not to think too much about whether the fire safety arrangements were legal. Stay in Beyoglu

Extremely poor service and unhelpful staff. Nothing works properly, and there is no cleaning service. The staff are rude and show no willingness to assist. Even though I speak Turkish, I still had trouble communicating with them. The only good thing is the location – it’s excellent. Probably the best spot in Beyoğlu, with everything within walking distance. If they fix the staffing and service issues, this hotel could be one of the best in the area. But for now, it’s a big disappointment.

We were so pleased with our stay at The Wilson Galata Hotel in Istanbul. It is perfectly located at a minute walk from the famous Galata Tower and its lovely district, and still on such a calm and safe side street. The room was large for Istanbul standards, and beautifully renovated. The staff was so kind and polite, always helpful. The free morning tea was delightful. The location is outstanding, at walking distance to everything (bridge, Galata Tower, shopping, restaurants, Taksim square, street Tram, subway, ferry, etc). Next time we come to Istanbul, there is no need to look for another hotel, we will for sure come back to this hotel.

You can hear all flushing and pipeline sound of next room all night. The enterence is a cafe not a proper hotel. I booked a better place with breakfast for a cheaper price as i couldnt Sleep for two nights.
