Everything was perfect. Hotel paradise suites is a small and elegant property in the heart on north beach! The spacious suites are extraordinary with beautiful decor, comfortable deck, comfy beds, well equipped kitchenette, lovely bathrooms, quality bedding and towels and so many wonderful touches including drying racks on back deck! The landscaping and pool are beautiful!!!And the staff are fantastic…very friendly, welcoming and professional! We have stayed in many places on Isla and this is now our top choice!

The staff were great, but the room was lacking. The kitchen was not as pictured on the website (1 small burner) and everything that I would have expected when booking a room for two was not there. No pots/pans until requested (and then just a very small pan), no 2 of anything (coffee mugs, glasses), one small pillow each so not easy to watch TV in bed comfortably, no coffee table with the couch and no safe. I had stayed here before many years ago when the attention to detail was much higher. For the amount paid per night this wasn't as expected but the location is perfect. This was room #9 so maybe the other rooms are better set-up. Sadly, because this was disappointing, I will look elsewhere the next visit.
