Great communications, and well-equipped room in terms of facilities, but we ended up checking out early. Granted, it was during a time of very warm weather, but the room was absolutely unbearable for sleeping - apart from the very thin-mattressed camp-bed (shown in pics as a pull-down from the wall, so not hidden in terms of detail) that was uncomfortable, the room had absolutely no form of air flow.
This meant that the room remained at a temperature that meant sleep was an impossibility. Open the windows, and you get plenty of traffic noise (it's a city - it happens), but even that didn't allow any air in.
It's great to have a room with all that you may need for a stay (seating, TV, kitchenette, space, nice shower), but if you can't sleep at all, what's the point? Perhaps having a simple fan supplied could have helped, but when reception is closed from 17:00, who do you ask for assistance, without phoning an emergency mobile contact? A pity - if you want comfort and sleep, it's not the place to stay. All other facilities are very good, but that doesn't help much!
