The room was great and the breakfast and staff were very good! Only problem I had was that on the website it stated shuttle service, yet I come to find out the day before my departure it was a service not provided by hotel but contracted outside I did not feel comfortable with that so I used an Uber to take me to the airport!

This was my second visit to KALI Ciudadela and it was perfect! Very comfortable, clean rooms, perfect shower, it was all just right! The breakfast buffet is plentiful, fresh and nutritious. I will definitely return!

Overall stay was good except a few hiccups. Room service was the best. The staff were friendly except one at the front desk. Room amenities were good though it took days to repair a loud exhaust fan. Had to experience nightmare water logging at the hotel entrance during rainy days.

We really really enjoyed our stay. Everything from the staff to the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The family suite was very clean and comfortable. The location might not be convenient for some tourists as it is not walking distance from attractions, restaurants or shopping.
