Good location, friendly staff. The bed is comfortable enough and the shower is good. It is all very basic but you know what to expect with Easyhotels. One big issue was the air conditioning which did not work at all. The room was very hot and made for an extremely uncomfortable night. Windows wouldn't open.

Birmingham is an expensive city so you get what you pay for. This hotel was pretty clean and the front counter staff were extremely helpful and kind. I booked the smallest room which has no window. If you’ve ever been in Japan you know what a Capsule Hotel is. The sleeping area is the same as a Capsule Hotel and in addition it has a private bathroom. But don’t expect to have a place to put your suitcase.

The easy hotel is brilliant as-long as you can get over not having a window, the room is clean, me and my partner stop here as it’s good when we have a night out in Birmingham, the water pressure is good and it’s convenient location makes it a no brainier, for the price you can’t ask for anymore, beds are comfortable but only one pillow each!
