The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to the Galata Bridge, and close to all transport links (ferry, tram and bus). The staff were super friendly and accommodating - always smiling and offering to help make our trip memorable. The room was very clean, spacious and modern with all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast was very generous and there was a lovely view from the terrace. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful that they take such care of me from the time I’m at the airport to the shuttle to the hotel to the gentleman meeting my shuttle on the street and walking me and my suitcases to the lobby for check in, then up to my room to show me all of the features and get my luggage stashed. Excellent location, staff is great, always available and willing to provide the best possible service. Rooftop has a wonderful view of the Bosphorus Strait. Breakfast options are great, food is fresh and delicious. Laidy in charge of Guest Relations is always available, listens to customer needs and she is proactive, great customer service.
