I stayed at this hotel for three nights in January 2026.
The property consists of separate buildings for residential condominiums and hotel guests, creating a quiet and well-organized environment. The facilities are new, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the ample number of power outlets, which made it easy to work in the room.
One of the highlights is the Japanese-style public bath. Although it is not a natural hot spring, it is highly recommended for anyone—Japanese or not—who enjoys Japanese-style baths or onsen culture. Please note the operating hours, which were clearly posted during my stay. The entrance gate may be a bit confusing at first; simply tap your room key on the card reader on the right.
The staff were consistently friendly and polite. Even the engineer who came to repair the air conditioner was very professional. I was particularly impressed by the housekeeping: while I kept the “Do Not Disturb” sign on during the day, I briefly removed it when going out for dinner, and the room was cleaned promptly during that short time. The speed and hospitality were outstanding.
There is also an AEON mini supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient for groceries and drinks. Overall, this hotel offers excellent comfort and service and will likely become my regular choice in Hanoi.
