The only good thing about the house is the location, al the rest Is terrible. The room is dated and not well maintained, the floors were broken and I tripped several times, there was no A/c nor heating, I was told I was gonna get towels later on my check in day but they never arrived, I was not going to use that shower anyway, it looked dirty and not functional at all, and as the cherry on top on the last night of my stay the toilet didn't flush, there was no water so I had to fill a bucket with water from the shower to clean it, because there was no one at the reception for most of the day. I had low expectations because the price was low but nothing prepared me for that. Avoid if possible, and if you must make it only for one night only.

Don't let the pictures fool you, the property is not like what its been advertised on the website. The room that we got was not not what we expected and match the pictures that was online. The room was up a flight of stairs and we have huge luggage to carry up. There was no hot water the first day we stayed there. Restroom was kinda dirty. Bed sheets seems dirty. No fridge. Towels was not provided, we had to ask. The room was not soundproof, you can basically hear everything in the whole building.

Reception personal was not available at all, we were missing towels and nobody answered the phone, whatsapp, nor was present at the front desk. We were unable to take a shower or even speak to a person. Nobody was at the front desk nor answered when we tried to check-out, we had to leave the keys on the desk. It was awful.

La ubicación está muy bien y la comunicación vía WhatsApp, pero llegar al hotel realmente no fue una nueva experiencia, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, está súper descuidado todo el hotel y le falta mantenimiento, en el también te de la terraza tristemente solo hay macetas con plantas muertas y una de plástico decolorada, el servicio de las personas que lo atienden deja mucho que desear, getonas y hasta parecían molestas cuando les pedí una toalla para manos (por qué no había en la habitación, ni jabón para manos) las sábanas de la cama rotas y más delgadas y viejas, igualmente en otro momento pasamos frío la primera noche por qué solo había una frazada mini, para una cama Queen y no me quería dar otra cobija, hasta que le dije que en verdad tenía frío. Muy mala experiencia la verdad y nada lo recomiendo. Yo ya me había hospedado en otro hotel Sócrates antes y todo Ok. Pero esta experiencia fue realmente mala.

Un lugar muy sucio, las paredes sucias no habían toallas, no había agua caliente, la cama tiene unos resortes viejos y es muy ruidosa, si piensas que podrás trabajar en la noche es imposible porque no existe una insonorización adecuada. Mi peor experiencia en un hotel a través de hoteles.com

Ubicación buena pero habitaciones mala calidad

Suelo hospedarme en este lugar, pero desde hace varios meses ha decaído mucho las condiciones de las habitaciones, mucha humedad, los ventiladores y estractores no sirven, las camas suoer incómodas. No hay jabón en el baño y te niegan toallas extras para secar las manos o regadera. Además de que ya no respetan los horarios de silencio para dormir y para levantarse. Ojalá los dueños mejoren todas éstas cosas

Creo que es un fraude por parte de Expedia promover esta propiedad como Hotel, es en realidad una Casa de Huéspedes. Es como una casa a la que le construyeron una cuartearía en el patio trasero. No hay servicios de hotel, hay gente que te atiende, pero eso es muy diferente. No tiene áreas de estar, como un lobby o restaurante o un área con meses donde sentarse a esperar el taxi. La estancia no fue mala, la gente de servicio es muy amable, pero estoy hablando del engaño en la pagina de Expedia.

El acceso es muy facil, esta centrico y la zona es tranquila! No nos dijeron que habia un segundo baño y tuvimos problemas por ser compartido ya que tardaban mucho. El cuarto es amplio y limpio, agregar un par de botellas de agua hubiera sumado puntos para ser perfecto! No habia ruido ni luz que nos despertara, descansamos muy bien! Sin tema volveriamos!!!

Mi vuelo se retrasó por lo que mi conexión en Monterrey no me iba hacer posible yo a llegar a tiempo el día 13 de mayo a el hotel por lo que vivaaerobus me lo cambió para llegar el día 14 a las 7: 30 posteriormente me comuniqué con el hotel para hacerle saber de lo acontecido y le comenté que si podían cambiarme mi llegada para mañana ; Alonque le dijeron que si era posible sólo que tenía que pagar 400 pesos más de diferencia por que no había de habitaciones de 800 solo de 1 200 a lo que yo respondo que sí que no había problema ; y accedí. A lo que al otro día me percaté que Fernanda me había mandado un correo diciendo que ya había visto mi vaso de nuevo y que no había sido posible el cambio de habitación y que tenía que pagar el día completo . Me trate de comunicar de nuevo con ellos pero ya no a mí ni a expidea le contestan
