The worst place we have ever been too. Room and hall smelled so bad and disgusting. We couldn’t sleep all night because of the smell and noise. Too much noise and the bedsheets, pillows and blankets were very dirty and smelly. No one understood English there and were really rude. I am leaving this review so everyone who thinks of booking this hotel thinks billions of time, it is 4 star on Google which I don’t understand how but it’s not even 1 star, it’s not even should be called a hotel. Worse experience of my life and really ruined my entire holiday. Plus: the breakfast had very minimum varieties but most importantly the food smelled and tasted bad it felt like they are left over from days. We didn’t had breakfast there even we paid for it and the stuff didn’t understood English and were in total ignorance of the hotel situation.

J’ai séjourné pour une nuit dans cet hôtel , la literie confortable et il n’y a pas le bruit de la circulation comparé a l’hôtel où j’étais pendant une semaine et ou je n’ai pas dormi de la semaine. Dommage que les chambres soient petites , sinon pour 2 trois nuits pour une petit budget c’est très bien .

"City Port Otel" Rezaleti..

Bu otel her seferinde acentalar üzerinden oda alıp gelen müşterilerine "bir turist grubu geldi, aksilik oldu çıkamadılar" yalanını uydurup arkadaki başka bir otele yönlendiriyorlar. Sizin odanızı daha yüksek fiyata başkalarına satıyorlar. Klasik İstanbul.. Diğer otelimiz dedikleri otel beş para etmez, içerisi rus kadın dolu, pislikten geçilmeyen bir otel. Kesinlikle puan ve resimlere, fiyata kanıp bu otelden rezervasyon yapmayın. Hotels.com'un da City Port Otel'e bir yaptırım uygulamasını talep ediyorum. Gecenin bir vakti insanları açıkta bırakmaya kimsenin hakkı yok. This hotel sells your room to another people with higher rates, and direct you to another otel which is disgusting in every detail. Don't fall for the pictures and the cheap price. Keep away from this hotel..
