Great location for exploring saigon, walking across the bridge to district 1 takes 15 min, taxi is 5 min and very affordable. Near the area is a great street food market which was amazing, and there's a convenience store and cafe right downstairs. The apartment is very clean and modern. The host is fantastic, she went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our stay and I highly highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was great and very clean! Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool, because it was closed the day we wanted to go. But that’s okay, the pool area looked great though! The kitchen is nice, but could use some more cutlery :) Really easy check in & check out. Chau was sweet, and service minded. All in all great stay, would come back

Chau Apartments is really close to many places, and the neighborhood is good for walking (Vinh Khanh Street is within walking distance.) Everything was clean and comfortable in the apartment and the pool was awesome after a hot afternoon! Also, Ms Chao responded very quickly with answers to questions and provided lots of helpful information!

I’ve stay at many places in Saigon, and this was one of the best places to stay. The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, location is great and there’s a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 for anything you might need, and a pharmacy as well. Chau is an AMAZING host. I will be recommending this location to people I know. She is very sweet and responds quickly. 10/10 would recommend, I would vote more than 5 stars if possible!!

Great bang for buck near d1..

I solo trip to vietnam quiet often... chau chau makes it very easy for me.. i used to book hotels only but now i get a full apartment and just as cheap for a better spot...its not noisy because its over the water and not far from d1.. shes very responsive on zalo.. ty . .

Chau chau was excellent in communication.. no issues...cleanliness, spot on... only issue is that their tv is minimal for english channels.. but they had hbo and cinemax..also i have netflix so it wasnt an issue...overall i will definitely use them again ... i stayed for a total time of 2-3 weeks maybe longer idk... great place for reasonable price
