"The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here. "

"The room is smaller than expected, may be more for two than 3 guests but ok. Staff is great. Location is very good. There is an elevator. Only problem we had was there was a metal door stop in the bathroom floor that is totally in the way and this metal caused a foot injury. No counter space in the bathroom. Other than that we stayed here for 2 nights and it was fine. "

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue was both showers in our unit just poured water out onto the floor of the bathrooms. It smelled a little musty in the bathrooms and the wood floors felt sponges and stayed wet due to the water. They need to put a threshold on the shower floors to keep the water in. "
