"The hotel is perfectly placed, and just a short stroll from the historic Bryggen Wharf, and nearby shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with so much to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at the hotel although came at a cost. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Bergen."

"You could travel round the world without coming to such an amazing hotel as the Charmante in Bergen. The whimsical decor filling every nook and cranny of the hotel made for a magical experience. The softly playing music from belle epoque France added to the enticing mood that the hotel seeks to create. Tucked into a narrow street the hotel is close to the iconic historical sites of Bergen. A wonderful, wonderful place to appreciate and spend some heavenly time."

"Hotel Park Bergen is a quaint wonderful small hotel to stay at. My first time traveling overseas from the United States and I could not have found a better place to stay. The staff was friendly and wonderful. Very receptive to any request. The breakfast included in the room fee was fabulous. So many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel for any travelers to Bergen Norway."

"Although there was a hospitality strike when we stayed with a limited service the hotel staff were generally very helpful and also upgraded us to a room with a view over the Bryggen harbour which was lovely."

"Rooms are adequate & ckean but of course smaller than in UK or US. Extra pillows would kelp. Breakfast excellent and staff Very friendly & helpful staff at front and kitchen - especially when considering they are operating under strike conditions. Breakfast excellent+ .....Bar knows how to make a great Norwegian Gin & Tonic! Only demerit... showers need a caddy for personal soaps etc and a light that could be dimmed or a night light!!"
