"Excellent hotel in Sandton, close to everything you need and with a shuttle. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Only downside - you are advised not to walk around after dark and even get an uber late at night on the dark streets felt a little sketchy. If I am in Johannesburg I would stay here again."

I booked a private transfer because I was flying to Botswana. No one came for me after I paid most staff were very ignorant. There were a few staff. They were very very nice to me and I the only reason I’m given is Hotel a two star.. "
