"Nice clean hotel in a freat location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall stay was pleasant."

"The room was big and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we didn't like was that the toilet was loose and kept moving, and it smelled like pee in the bathroom. When we looked, we couldn't find any visible pee I hope they get this fixed other than that we would say here again. "

"I purposely booked this hotel to be able to be safe and walk through their connection to the convention center and it was closed and I was in notified. The only reason I booked this hotel at an high cost was for the safety and convenience of it being connected to the convention center. Also rooms are small, bathroom is like a school bathroom with low toilets. I do not recommended the bistro. Market needs more items and more help. Hotel needs to be updated."

"Breakfast is not included, parking in the garage $60-70 a day, the elevator takes a while to come. Overall the room was nice but too far from the elevator. Rm#85"

"So I came back after my last review I did on this place at the request of the manager. When I did, the check-in was alot smoother, staff was great, however there are some major things that need to be fixed here. I checked into my room and my allergies immediately went on 10 after laying in the bed, a lot of dust and found some mold near the AC and bathroom. Breakfast was not good. Waffle maker had no spray, so everyone's waffles were getting stuck. The food was questionably prepared by a woman who didn't speak English. She was also the person who stood at the door and took the breakfast vouchers. The eggs were cubed and had a slimy consistency. When she came out to refill the egg station, she brought it out in a bowl with no gloves on....I immediately tossed my food and ordered Uber Eats. Cleaners of the room were non-verbal when i asked for them to change my sheets. Not coming back to this place even if its last minute."
