"This is the best hotel for value for money. I have stayed here many times and will continue to choose this for most of my KL visit. Location is not so near public transport but grab being so cheap in Malaysia, you can grab a taxi to anywhere Hotel may not have restaurant but again you can get food delivered from anywhere in 10-15 mins and have it at level 1 . "The location of this hotel is 100 out of a 100. Express train direct from the airport to KL sentral where the hotel connects to without going outside on the street. Staff are extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and very well maintained. I'll recommend my families to stay here if they go to KL. KL sentral has all the transportation connections and it's a big shopping mall as well. Same can be said to Hilton and meridian, cost a bit more."

"I stay here every time because of convenience. Located a few minutes from Sentral station (KLIA express terminal) and attached to the Gardens megamall. Good hotel with all amenities but the decor could do with a refresh."
