"This townhome is beautifully updated. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. There's a great little coffee shop in easy walking distance from the townhome and plenty of green spaces nearby to walk our dog. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. "Worse place ever. No hot water, towels, toilet paper. Bed, walls, floors, restroom, furniture, sheets were EXTREMELY dirty. People knocking on door multiple times at all hours of the night. Please DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"Had a one night stay to see a show in Deep Elum. I was by myself and stayed in the "the smallest room in Dallas". It was small, but clean and comfortable. I liked the easy walk to the downtown. Parking across the street in an open lot was just over $11. I would have preferred covered parking, but it worked out and was very convenient. "
