"We didn’t have breakfast"

"NO BREAKFAST OFFERED. WAS SUGGESTED TO GO TO THEIR RESTAURANT WHERE 2 PLATES OF PANCAKES AND A PARFAIT WERE $60! ABSURD THAT NO BREAKFAST IS OFFERED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAD A BALLROOM OPEN WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS FOR A COMPANY DOING A CONFERENCE IN THE HOTEL, NOT FOR THE HOTEL PEOPLE. THE LADY SITTING AT A TABLE, MONITORING THE BREAKFAST, WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR WALKING INTO THE ROOM AND ATTEMPTING TO GRAB A PLATE. WE DIDN'T KNOW BUT I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT FOR HOW NICE, AND EXPENSIVE THIS HOTEL IS, THEY DON'T OFFER ANYTHING."

"The check-in line was 50 people deep with no concern about getting anybody through any faster. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room they gave us the lock wouldn't work so we couldn't even get in. The third room was decent. Overall the hotel needs a major finishes upgrade. And the $67 parking was ridiculous."

"I don’t like the breakfast bar just because they really don’t have vegan or vegetarian options only eggs and waffles or French toast but I love the bar and there food "

"The staff is wonderful but the room was terrible. It had a weird funk, yellow stains on the pull out mattress, toilets don't flush, and the tub didn't drain well."

"Great location near the airport. There are many places where you can eat. My room was clean and quite new. Good breakfast. Shuttle service works perfectly!"
