"Convenient parking, close to the main landmarks, clean room, friendly and helpful staff, elevator was a plus as many times in Europe there are no elevators and carrying bags up for older people is difficult. Room was clean, spaciuos. I would come back"

"I really don't like to write unfavorable reviews but I hope to help others before choosing this hotel. I feel like it was a bit of a bait and switch as they have a sister property in a nicer section of town. The pictures are not what the place looked like at all. I will say I should have known it was inexpensive so maybe you get what you pay for. First know it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The lobby of the building was filthy with a ratty carpet. My gut was saying I should leave from the moment we walked in. The only amenities was a fridge and kettle in the room but I was not there for breakfast. The room felt dirty and the beds very uncomfortable. There was only a sheet on the mattress, no cover of any kind. The other people that live in the building were very loud at night as was the traffic on the street. I will say on a positive note the AC worked well and the shower was fine and the area was conveniently located."

"We needed a hotel close to the CTA airport and Palazzo Sangiorgio is exactly that, about 15 minutes away. It's not in a glamorous location and the hotel is not at a luxury level, but it's clean, well managed, peaceful and quiet. Everything in our room worked perfectly and we were easily able to park to unload our luggage, drive to the airport to drop of our bags and return so we would not need to stress returning the car before an early morning flight. The hotel is an easy walk to the main Piazza, shopping and dozens of restaurants. Catania is not a particularly beautiful city, but worth a stroll and surprisingly busy with tourists. The hotel thoughtfully had a bag packed with breakfast food when we checked out at 6 a.m. as the breakfast room did not open until 7."

"The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the area on foot. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always easy to reach whenever we had questions. Communication was quick and smooth throughout our stay. Although we only stayed one night, we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"Notre hôte, Alberto, a été généreux de son temps et de bon conseil. Il nous a donné d’excellentes adresses resto et a pris la peine de nous réserver des places pour une montée sur l’Etna avec guide. C’était extra! La chambre est très bien située, à deux pas de la piazza de l’université. C’est parfait. Notre chambre était correcte, propre, mais le lieu souffre d’un excès d’humidité."
