"This hotel has once upon a time been fantastic and have the potential to be so again but right now it is in a very poor state. We hade to change room 3 times in 2 daqys because of broken shower and excessive black mold, we also killed more cockroaches then you expect in a hotel at this pricerange . The wifi in the rooms was next to non existant but worked fine in the restaurant and bar. The restaurant was closed in the evening and the brekfast was " not fantastic""

"Everything was literally perfect. All of the staff were incredible. I would 100% return! Breakfast was solid, but the real stars for food are both restaurant options. Excellent options(but make sure you make a reservation for SIA asap!)."

"The hotel was excellent! The room, the pool, the food, everything was great! BUT somehow they messed up our reservation, not sure if that was hotels.com or the hotel itself and they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a suite and they said we booked a single apartment. So we had to pay extra to get the room that we originally booked and that was very disappointing!"
