"From outside the hotel looked a bit dated but nothing could be further from the truth Lovely hotel , 10 minute walk from nearest metro station 2 minutes from sao conrado beach Hotel room big & clean , nice big bed , lovely hotel shower & good wifi Reception staff very helpful & informative with 90% spoke English fluently Only downside lack of English TV channels"

"This hotel had everything we needed. The shuttle was quick, easy, and ran on time. The breakfast buffet was good and included, with a nice variety. We didn’t use the pool as the weather was cool. Would stay again."

"The hotel is the best in Rio! Super close to beach and they provide beach supplies so you don’t have to rent. Also the room is really up to date and nice and comfy."

"Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility. "

"Hot water took a long time to partially warm up and then cooled back, AC was dated and noisy, bed sheets were minimal. Otherwise staff was helpful, room was clean, food was good, and transportation to and from the airport was very efficient."
