The shuttle will stop at other hotels to pick up other guests first before heading to the airport. This is not an issue as long as you plan ahead. Staff were helpful - would advise to use an online translator service for easier communication. "

"Waited 1hr for shuttle bus. Until someone helped us and rang the hotel to arrange pick up. 20min drive from airport. Better to book in advance. Staff great service on arrival, English good. Big breakfast, great options"
