"We had a great stay at MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku West! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The beds were on the firmer side but overall comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. It sits on the west side of Shinjuku, which we loved because it is a little quieter and more relaxed than the bustling east side, yet still incredibly convenient to the station. It's about an 8 mins walk. Pierston was very helpful at the front desk and all the other staff. Highly recommend this...

"Great location, comfortable room. On site amenities we found extremely convenient were the coin laundry, a luggage storage, some restaurants and a kombini at the main hotel (next to the annex). Staff were also very helpful when we wanted to use a luggage transfer service. It is a big hotel, but we did not experience any inconvenience."

"My stay at Ours Inn Hankyu was very nice. While I didn't utilize the spa on the fourth floor. The rest of my experience was pretty nice. They're buffet was nice and the staff there were very nice too. The hotel staff themselves were also very helpful at providing information especially to a foreigner like me. With that said if you are gonna check in earlier than their check in time. Be prepared to fork out 3,000 yen. It isn't that bad but just plan accordingly if you don't wanna spend 3,000 yen to check in early. The nice thing is you can put your luggage in a self storage room near the counter. So if you can try to appear later for them or find what you can do till then. Either way I loved my stay there!"

"Room was very clean and well maintained. The view from the hotel was wonderful to which you could see the view of the street and buildings. You can leave a card outside to replace towels, clean room, or both. There was a convenience store inside and a restaurant to eat. Very well made. Would return!"

"Generally nice looking hotel in quiet good quiet location. 7 to 8 min walk to the underground (3 optional stations). Walking distance to the shops and local restaurants. Female public bath (onsen) was very poor quality. Water was quite cold, and there were even no water dispenser. What is very unusual. ( travel a lot). Moreover, public bath is located on the 13th floor, however there are not clear signs ( when you leave the lift) which direction to go. I know is not a big deal but end up walking round and round. Rooms are nice, big, clean. However: that unbearable dump smell on the corridors is unacceptable, considering 4* hotel. Breakfast was ok. If you prefer quiet breakfast- it is not a good choice. There are many guests staying, so it is like a battlefield..Small and crowded."
