"Our room had a wonderful private terrace and pool, but the shower didn’t work when we checked in, the toilet water smelled terrible, our towels were stained, and the pool was not cleaned before we arrived as there were floating bugs in it. Also, the air conditioner dripped water all the time no matter what temperature we kept it at. Once they fixed the shower and the smell in the bathroom, and cleaned the pool it was much better, but the AC never stopped dripping. Also, bring your own shower products and any other items you may need because our shower only had shampoo and hand soap and there were no amenity kits of any kind. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast in the cafe was very good."

"The hotel is stunning, the staff is friendly and super helpful, the courtyards and hallways are breathtaking. Our room was small, but very quiet and dark, the bed was comfortable. There was a wedding party staying there, and they dominated the pool. But nothing awful. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was eh. But I prefer exploring town for food. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean, although there was an odor which I think is from the drain. I’m not sure what could be done about that seems to be standard in some hotels in the older area of downtown. The hotel is lovely and centrally located. Breakfast was good. One request would be that it was served earlier. "

"LOVED the “feel” of this place. Great staff, great art, centrally located. Parked in garage and walked everywhere. Don’t miss eating in the restaurant. We had an amazing meal there our last night and if id of known, probably would have dined there each day."
