"Housekeeping very poor. Failed to properly do room all 3 days. From no service at all to no towels to not emptying trash to never cleaning sink or toilet."

"There is no elevator to help you get up to the second floor which can be a problem with heavy bags. We didn't have any warm water until the last day we were there. It was not hot then but at least it was lukewarm. We had trouble getting housekeeping to clean our room. The week we were there they cleaned it once and that was because we actually heard them in the hall and went and got them. They also ran out of soap so we had to buy our own. "

"We went here twice for spring break with our kids and 7 years ago we had an amazing time. This year in March 2026 we were told our 12 and 15 year old couldn't be without us in the room or anywhere on property. They never told us at check in and made us feel like we did something wrong. While I understand the casino floor everywhere else on property when my kid is almost 16 years old is absolutely ridiculous. Also, their shuttle service was terrible. The food was good but we won't be back - they do not have an airport shuttle either "

"The grounds and pools were amazing. They could use more help at the pool bar to take orders for food and drinks at the pool rather than having to go up there to order. The biggest complaint was housekeeping. Not enough help there either. It would take the housekeeper until very late afternoon to get too our room...after we already needed towels, etc."
