"Beer garden is pretty good"

"Nice hotel - rooms are clean, not fancy, but it’s tastefully done. We opted for the sauna and breakfast package. Breakfast is good given everything cost so much in Iceland. Sauna was excellent, we went in the low season so it was easy to make nightly reservations in the morning. Saunas were well used but never overly crowded due to the reservation system. Hotel itself doesn’t have parking, but if you looked carefully you can find free parking in the area, just make sure you’re not on the few streets that require patment. About 1/2 mile to major shopping areas - definitely walkable, other than in inclement weather."

"Todo funcionó perfecto. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el desayuno, ya que el restaurante no sabía, llamamos al número de atención al cliente del hotel y el 5 minutos estaba resuelvo. Creo que es un problema cuando uno hace la reserva con Expedía, ya que esto nos pasó otra vez más en otro hotel que también reservamos con expedía. "Our stay at the Residence Hotel was perfect - having a little apartment made us feel like we lived in Reykjavik! The property and room were clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished. It is directly off of the main road so plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We signed up for the daily breakfast, which was amazing. Some of the best bread and cheese we've ever had. We will return again!"
