"Beware of it the stuff in refrigerator Minni fridge is chargeable ,the bad thing is they don’t tell this when checking inn ,they are asking did you use anything from minni fridge like soft drinks They they make money by misrepresenting "

"Pool area is very nice. Nearby shopping mall (10 minute walk) had full complement of shops and restaurants both fast food and sit down full Menu choices. There is an ATM on lower level of mall."

"My room was changed twice. Firstly the washroom drain was making a noise. In the second room, shower water was not draining as the tiling was not quiet correct. We were then uograded to the 8th floor, which was fine. The hotel looked a bit outdated and could do with some renovation and updating. However, the staff afe very friendly and accommodating. They listened to our greviences and acted quickly to move us to other rooms as required. Good job. "

"I wish we could have gotten the spa service which wasn't available because no appointment was a available. Otherwise everything else was just phenomenal. "

"My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"
