Hotels in Ventura

"Housekeeping didn't service our room the entire stay and when we sought them out they were out of towels. Even when fully stocked, day of arrival, they do not provide hand towels or a bath mat. The shower has 2 temperatures, cold and luke warm. The floors are gross and the room smelled of urine. The front desk doesn't answer the phone. Half of the Waterpark is under constuction and the other half is not well maintained. After dark it sounded like a block party and we stayed on the "quiet side" away from the pool. It was very disappointing. "

"The room was clean. That’s where the positives end. It was way overcrowded. The bell services was basically self serve-there was never anybody to help and I twice went to get a cart and there were none available and they told me to check near the elevators. There is nobody to help you when you arrive. The front desk personnel was rude (or overworked). The food court was slow due to being packed, and the food was subpar because they were cooking the food in large batches. The hallways smelled like weed. Stay across the street at dockside. It was WORLDS better. Quiet. Serene. Delicious food. "

"I went with my kids and mom. The 3 bedroom was more than enough space for us. It came with a full kitchen. We were on the 13th floor so we didn’t use the patio area with the small kids but the view wasn’t bad. The cleanliness was the average of most resorts so I cleaned and disinfected anyways before using anything. The check in process was smooth. "
