"When we got to the property two bedrooms and two full washrooms were clean and very specious. Everyday cleaning stuff changed towels and cleaned. My husband tried to run the hot tub but there was no hot water and it made terrible sound when we put on thpe jets. The stuff was very accommodating. We had a late flight and we were able to use the rooftop and sit by the pools and order food and drinks. Property is close to few beaches and really cool and tasty highly rated restaurants. Internet was a bit slow, but I think it's a network issue as I switched to my phone data and it was the same slow and my husband and my mil had the same issue. Overall it was wonderful 😊"

"A good centric spot in Playa del Carmen, very close to the main street where you can go to catch the buses that go to Tulum and Cancun. Some stores and restaurants near by for convenience and overall the staff was welcoming and helpful in things like calling me a cab and storing my luggage. Recommended."

"The staff were extremely attentive. I was thoroughly impressed how the owner handled the government recommended lock down process. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I would have rated this a 5 star stay had the internet worked inside the room. The location was great. We had close access to everything we needed including beaches. There is a price for this convenience. It is very noisy at night due to all the activities. I would suggest that the hotel owners provide guests with beach chairs. I would also suggest they let guests know that you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets warm. Overall, a great stay! "

"We were quite pleased with our accommodations, stayed for 6 nights. Great location! Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful restaurant Francesca’s in building and others so close. Quiet area, except for some construction around, you can hear some entertainment at night but not enough to keep you up. The pool area is nice, a bit slippery on the deck…could have more loungers instead of all those other chairs, and bar type. This area has grown so much and continues to, since we came 8 years ago. Overall pretty good value. . "
