"We had a great time"

"I stayed at this hotel 14 years ago and it’s gone downhill considerably since my prior visit. The hotel refused to give me the room I reserved and instead put me in an “upgraded” patio room on the second floor facing the backlot of the pool. So much for my deluxe Mountain View room. Staff was no help when I asked for the correct room and refused to provide any amenities or assistance when I asked. Similarly, Expedia was no help when I asked for their assistance. I checked out after one night and will take my business elsewhere in the future where my business is appreciated."

"We checked in early, but our room wasn't ready until nearly 30 minutes after 4pm. We reserved an outdoor cabana only to discover the outside pool was closed. After walking back to the front desk and waiting in line for 30 minutes, they replaced it with an indoor cabana for an extra fee. Not a great way to start. We had to leave a day early for medical reasons and they refused to waive the early checkout fee. Not a good experience."
